The guide should be printed on A4 paper - landscape orientation, double sided. Page 1 is the outer cover, page 2 is the inside cover, etc. The whole thing is designed to be folded in half, and stapled in the middle to create an A5 booklet.
We hope to update the guide twice a year, so watch this space.
The guide is subject to copyright restrictions. You may download and print one copy for personal use. You may not make the guide available on any other web-site, nor distribute, re-produce or sell it, in printed or electronic form.
